Momentum Continues to Build for HELA as Wishlists Surpass 950K+ and Kinda Brave Secures New Financing
10 Jun 2026

Kinda Brave has completed a directed unit issue raising approximately SEK 14.8 million before transaction costs, strengthening the company's position as it enters the final phase of development and prepares for the global launch of HELA.

The financing was completed through the issuance of 5,466,666 units at a subscription price of SEK 2.70 per unit, representing a premium of approximately 18 percent compared to the closing share price on June 10, 2026. The round was supported by a group of existing and new investors, including long-term shareholder Jinderman Publishing AB.

The proceeds will be used to complete development of HELA, support its international launch during 2026, and create a foundation for Kinda Brave's next generation of game projects. The financing strengthens the company's position as it transitions from production to commercialization and continues building a long-term portfolio of original game IPs.

Over the past eighteen months, HELA has established itself as one of the most anticipated upcoming Nordic game titles, generating more than 950,000 wishlists across platforms and over 126 million organic views. The game has also received significant international recognition, including the "Most Entertaining" and "Most Wholesome" awards at Gamescom 2025. During Summer Game Fest week 2026, HELA was featured in Wholesome Direct, Green Games Showcase, and The MIX Onsite Showcase in Los Angeles, where leading international media outlets published positive hands-on previews.

"We have built something that players, creators, and the industry have genuinely engaged with, and that is a position we do not take for granted," said Christian Kronegård, CEO of Kinda Brave. "The capital we are now raising gives us the opportunity to complete HELA in the way the game deserves and to execute the launch under the right conditions. But this is about more than one game. With this financing, we are also laying the foundation for the next generation of projects within the group."

The financing was supported by long-term investors who have followed HELA's development over several years.

"We have been part of HELA's journey for many years, and from the very beginning we felt the project had something special," said Love Carlsson, Founder of Jinderman Publishing AB. "The creative vision, the clear identity, and the ambition behind its execution made the game stand out early on. Ahead of launch, it is inspiring to see how interest in HELA has grown into a global community of players who have followed its development over a long period of time. We are proud to have been part of the journey so far and look forward to seeing HELA reach an international audience."

With this financing secured, Kinda Brave enters the next stage of its growth with a strengthened financial position and a clear focus on delivering HELA to players around the world.
